While at first look it seems like a regular tape measure, the finite measurement capability is unmatched by any other tape measure ever made (See Below).

You won't believe the celebration in my head when it finally clicked as to what RCH means. This is just the icing on the... uh, cake.
When the guy who ran the calibration lab at the Hughes Aircraft facility I worked at retired, we made him a set of "Calibrated CH".
We had a black one, a blonde one, and a red one.
We thought he was going to have a stroke from laughing when we presented him with the set.
Bwahahahaha! I would buy my son one!

Rafter cutters will now have the subjective decision of whether it's red or blonde removed. Heel cuts will be perfect and drunken brawls will be substantially reduced.
